Mylenya Studio – Rental Terms & Conditions

General Overview

Mylenya Studio is a professional creative space available for hourly rental or through a monthly membership. Hourly rentals require a minimum booking of 2 hours per day and full payment upfront. Monthly memberships require payment in advance each month and allow members to schedule sessions up to one month in advance.

Business Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Studio Rules & Conduct

  • No smoking
  • No vaping
  • No drugs
  • No alcohol
  • No open flames or hazardous materials
  • No excessive noise or disruptive behavior
  • Children must be supervised at all times

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Cleaning & Care

A professional cleaning fee of $40 applies only after 5 consecutive hours of studio usage. Guests must leave the studio in the same condition it was received.

Equipment Responsibility

All users are responsible for proper use of studio equipment. If any equipment is damaged or broken, the renter agrees to pay 90% of the original replacement value, with no exceptions.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 7+ days before booking: Full refund (including fees)
  • 7 days to 24 hours before booking: 50% refund (excluding fees)
  • Less than 24 hours or no-shows: Non-refundable

Late Arrivals & Overtime

Booking time includes setup and breakdown. Late arrivals do not extend booking time. Overtime is billed at the standard hourly rate and subject to availability.

Surveillance

The studio and building are under 24-hour video surveillance, excluding restrooms and fitting rooms.

Liability

Mylenya Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Renters assume full responsibility for themselves and their guests.

Included Equipment

600 sq. ft. studio, natural light, 12-ft ceilings, Wi-Fi, video lights, microphones, photography lighting, light modifiers, backdrops, vanity mirror, and clothing rack.

  • Additional backdrop (non-standard color): $5.00
  • Clothing rack: $5.00
  • Strobe or speedlight: $5.00
  • Mannequin: $5.00
  • DSLR Camera: $30.00
  • Mirrorless Camera: $60.00

1415 Maple Ave, Suite 223, Los Angeles, CA.
Second floor with elevator and stair access.
Parking available for $10 per day.

Right to Refuse Service

Mylenya Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or poses a risk to the studio.
